That is the one Chase payoff scenario with a genuine inbound fax channel, which is why the fax widget on this page is scoped to co-op requests.
For third-party access on a standard mortgage, the borrower completes Chase’s Authorization to Furnish and Release Information form (via the Secure Message Center or by mail/fax as directed). The federal 7-business-day rule
